The 39th Annual Art in the Park was one for the books, with two days of stage entertainment, more fine arts exhibitors than ever before, and interactive art installations throughout the park!

Live Art Demonstrations

There were several artist demonstrations, including chalk art with Hilary Frambes and a live flameworking demonstration each day by senOiH Glass, but patrons especially enjoyed leaving their mark on the community art mural created by Deda Fine Arts.

Stage Entertainment

We had a great mix of return artists and new local musicians on stage this year!

Main Stage Entertainment included Davy Daniels, Serious JuJu Show, Keemba on da Drums, Chris Korbus, Dino Danger, Amy & Joey

Children’s Experience Area entertainment included Suzuki Strings, Ruth Jeffries, Stir Up the Gift, Stage West Playhouse, Nick France, Rhythm and Sole Tap Ensemble, Tony the Balloon Guy, Profound Revelations Studio, and Keemba on the Drums

Children’s Experience Area

This year’s Children’s Experience Area was sponsored by Suncoast Credit Union.

Free art activities were offered by the following local organizations : Hernando County Public Library System, HPH Hospice (Chapters Health Affiliate), Posability, Interact Club Of Sprinstead High School, Florida Rainbow Alliance, Hernando Community Swat Club, The Sensory Center Inc., and Swim for CJ. Melissa Perez also offered free facepainting the Children’s Experience Area!
